The only constant in my life is change and I love it. I’m at my best in the messy middle: stepping into new situations, untangling complexity, and building something stronger and simpler with the team.
I’ve lived and worked across the Netherlands, Switzerland, China, Malaysia, Germany, and now Vietnam, so I naturally bridge Western expectations with Southeast Asian realities. My background spans multinational corporates and start-ups/scale-ups, moving comfortably between structure and speed.
I co-founded Unfiltered because too many organisations still treat people as “resources.” In SEA, I see a different energy—forward-thinking, optimistic, and warm. I want people practices that match that mindset: practical, human, and growth-driving. After 10 years in the region I love, my goal is to help businesses shift from HR-as-admin to people-as-advantage and accelerate the change already buzzing across Southeast Asia.

I’ve always been curious about what makes humans tick, and that curiosity has helped me thrive across cultures, companies, and continents. From boardrooms in Europe to tech hubs in Southeast Asia, I’ve built a career around understanding people deeply and helping businesses unlock their full potential through them.
Over the past two decades, I’ve advised executive leadership teams across the globe, gaining immersive expertise in every stage of the employee lifecycle—from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance, leadership development, and strategic offboarding. My approach is grounded in empathy, informed by data, and always aligned with business goals. Whether I’m mentoring HR teams, coaching C-suite leaders, or architecting future-ready cultures, I operate with integrity, insight, and impact.My ability to harmonize international best practices with regional nuance makes me a trusted advisor to leadership teams navigating change, scale, and complexity.
